I was looking up ideas for 3D backgrounds and I found mixed things on what to use. Would concrete or grout work better? Most the things I've read said to use concrete, and either way I would seal it, so does it matter which I use? Thank you all for the awesome help!

I would say if you are sealing it use either or. Aboutthe paint iI'mnot sure latex would chip and iIddon'tthink oil based would be safe i would probably use acrylic and go over it with epoxy when it dries
