Some people sometimes miss the posts about submitting images for the calendars... or they want to know when new things are available. Well, I've created a group that anyone can join (or remove themselves from) that I will use to send out a private message (PM) to. Anyone who has joined that group will get the PM and the subsequent email notifications that the forums standardly do for private messages. This way, even people who are away from the site for a few months, can stay in touch with some of these key things.
So, if you'd like to join the Beardie Stuff Store notifications group, go the the Usergroups tab in the User Control Panel, click on the radio button to the right of the group, and then near the bottom, click "Join" and submit.
