What’s the best thing to gutload the Dubai’s with?

Just as the title states, what’s the best thing to gutload the roaches with? I’ve got my own colony, but when I separate roaches for the feeding container that I will feed my beardie from for the week, what’s the best things to put in there for the feeders?

They really dont need to be gut loaded, they are naturally pretty high in protein already, so just keeping them and your colony on a healthy nutritious diet is the best you can do.

IDK about "best"; I just toss a baby carrot in the roach carton. It's usually gone in 3-4 days, so I toss in another one (and remove any remains--they're pretty grody by then... :roll: ) Everything else I've tried usually starts to reek within 48 hrs. :bleick:
