Help! Need Help With Woodie Roaches Quick!

Hi, I need some help with my Australian 'woodie roaches'. What temperature should the tub they are in be? Can the tub be made out of plastic? Do I need a heat mat.? Do I need 2 tubs? Any other things you know about them could you please tell me. They are already being sent to me! :puke:

They can climb so make sure to use a barrier around the top of the bin.
I always used petroleum jelly, a very thin layer about two inches wide all the way around the inside top will keep them in.

The makes can fly, not well but enough to escape. Cut a big hole in the lid and cover it with screen.
