Does anybody feed their live food using this powder?

I was sold it when i bought my cricket house. I just wondered if the benefits were good?

I have been sprinkling it on the bottom of the tank along with some bran that came with the tank. Ive also been gut loading tge live food with fresh fruit and veg.

I wondered what people thought and is it worth buying the insect fuel when it runs out?
