Cricket head stuck between lip and teeth

My lil guy has what seems to be a cricket head stuck between his teeth and lip. It doesnt seem to he hurting him but he did get quite annoyed when I tried go get him mouth open to get a better look. All i could manage was pulling his lip down a lilttle to to see it. How can I get his mouth open to try anf get it out? I don't really have the money for a vet but will go if I have to.

It will most likely get dislodged the next time he eats if that's all it is :)

Thank you! I out him back in his tank because he seemed quite pissed and I don't want to stress him out too much. Right now hes just chilling in his hide.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
