Little grey / black spots

My bearded dragon is roughly 7 years old. I've had him in my care for 5, I was told he was about 2 when I rescued him. In the past two weeks maybe, I first noticed one little spot on the back of his head. Then one little spot on the upside of his tail. Now I see two little spots on his beard. I've read about fungus. No recent changes in his food or environment, no behavior changes I've noticed. Any advice? This is is first weird thing I've seen in the years I've had him.

That is just natural coloring on some of the scales. My dragon has those too. I consider them to be like freckles.
