I still have it, I just dont turn it on because its nearly summer. I know its bad for their eyes, I just want to keep it in case of an emergency, you know?

As long as the heater does not hit the floor like carpet your fine-- it can cause a fire if it did-- but please don't use it the colored bulb---when winter comes there are ways to keep heat in tank-- you can always ask when the time comes
