Swollen gum/teeth?

Hi everyone. Hope someone can help me with my bearded dragon. Her name is Trudy.

Few days ago Trudy was climbing and accidentally scratched the inside of her gums and teeth while her mouth was open. I didnt thought much bout it at the time cause she was active, eating, and overall happy. Few days gone by she stopped eating and I was trying to figure out what's wrong.

Looked inside her mouth and saw that her gums/teeth area is swollen where her claw scratched her mouth.

Has anyone has this happen before? Anything I can do to help her? Do I need to go to the vet so they can give me something or is it better to wait for a few days? Thanks everyone I really appreciate it.

It's a little swollen but doesn't look diseased which is good. There is some buildup around the teeth that should probably be cleaned up a bit. I suggest picking up some Maxiguard gel and rubbing that along the teeth and gums with a q-tip a couple of times per day to keep the area clean and see how that goes. Look out for loss of appetite which may indicate pain in the mouth.

Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
