I keep seeing stuff on here about overdosing on D3? It seems like a rabbit hole....does anyone know what the safe amounts are to give my 3-4 month old dragons? I have Tetrafauna Reptocal with D3 and the National Geographic reptile multivitamin powder. Should I be dusting 5 times a week? Less? More? I have been using the calcium 5 times a week and the multivitamin twice a week. After all this reading I'm afraid that's not correct.

Usually with a proper uvb like the reptisun t5 HO 10.0 tube lights you dont need extra d3 as they get all d3 they need from the lights so if used too much it will cause an overdose.
Personally i use three supplements for all my beardies, 2 that are calcium, one by reptical one without d3 and the other by zoomed with d3. I give calcium 5 times a week, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are calcium without d3 days, Thursday and Friday are calcium with d3. And then i use multivitamins by reptical without d3 for Sunday and Saturday.
