I got a beardie from a friend a few months ago who didn't take care of him too well. He can't be more than 1 year old but he looks like he has MBD. When I first got him he would have tremors, and it turns out that his previous owner didn't supply him with any calcium powder. As a result, he always laid down on his tummy and couldn't move his arms and would barely eat. A few months later after getting him a better tank and supplying him with a better diet, he is much stronger and eats regularly and loves his calcium dusted worms. However, he still has an awkward way of walking and his from feet curl to the side. Is there anything I can do to help him?
. Unfortunately mbd is not reversible. Just make sure he gets the proper amount of uvb and calcium so it does not progress. You might be better off using liquid calcium so his body can absorb it better. Also if it's nice where you live you can take him outside for some natural rays
