Hi Everyone,

This may be funny and or stupid but was wondering if this is normal behavior for a beardie. I am finding out my beardie loves to eat Collard Greens. I gave him a good leaf and cut it up for him in strips. After he ate, he started like swallowing or looks like trying to get it down throat least to me thats what it looked like. Just wanted to make sure thats normal behavior for them to do.

Right after he ate:

Never mind. I just made sure he drink some water afterwards  The greens tend to dry up so misting them helps moisten.

Collards are tougher than other greens so chop them up very fine for your baby. Yes they can swallow them but they also can get them stuck in their throat. Good idea with the water, extra hydration is always good. :)

Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
