New beardie has raw or injured lips please help

I just got the cutest dragon, he is about 4 years old, his previous owner said that he may have scratched his face on some wood, but one side of his face looks so raw, I don't know what to do, I have applied some reptile aloe vera stuff to it, but is there a kind of medicine I need, I'm very worried, please help

Congratulations on your new dragon. Can you post a picture of him?
Well, there are several things that you can use for this type of ailment. You can get some antibiotic ointment such as neosporin, polysporin, novalsan cream, or thermazene. The antibiotic ointments are probably the easiest to get so you don't have to order something online.
