Stuffy nose?

One of my bd's has a clogged nostril. Now it is the same one that had be clogged before and got a small surgical procedure done to unclog it. I noticed it today and well before he had sand for substrate. Got rid of it becuz Vet told me he could have gotten a particle in there and so forth so I put this stuff called snow something in there that is sold guess that might have been a bad idea also. Tile must be the only way to go. Any one else have this Nose situatil before, where it look like the have a booger stuck?

I had that happen witha rescue a while back I actually used human Nasal spray to get it moist and she sneezed it out shes very happy now too my friend about an hour away gave her a good home. So if you can go to your local pharamcy and see about a bottle of it it's easy to use just sqeez a little spray into the nostril that's plugged up.

For the substrate personally I use Indoor Outdoor carpet or Textured Tiles they both work great the tile is the easiest to clean What I found my dragons like is 3/4 the tank is the carpet and where they bask I put some tiles so it's nice and warm you can even layer tiles into a basking platform if you glue them properly.

The nasal spray that is for when you have a dry nose? I hope that its cause I actaully had some and already applied with a cue tip. How many times did you have to put that stuff on there before she blew it out you think? And going to Home Depot to check out sometile hear in a few. Hope this stiff works I know it sucks when i cant breath out of both nostrils.

Well if she has a "Booger" in there there is a good chance it's dry or close to it because it's stuck it will losen it up and hopefully come out. I did it 3X a day just a tiny sqeez like 1/8 what you use it took 2 days and it was just gone. Textured Tile is the best so the dragon can grip it

What is clogging your dragon's nostril, stuck shed or substrate?
Are your temps optimal & what is your humidity?

Be sure to only get the saline nasal spray!

I am suffering a SERIOUS cold right now, and I spend about 20 minutes going up and down the cold/flu aisle looking at nasal sprays and other meds.. there are a lot of different kinds of nasal sprays, and you don't want to shoot something with amphetamines in there!

Its not loose skin I believe its substrate, Oh and yes it is Saline Nasal Spray that I'm appling. My temps are normal and well the humidity shouldn't be a problem i think. Depending on how things go today he might be visiting his Doc here pretty quik on Monday maybe if I can't help him. I have the name and number ready of an Exotic Pet Doctor that works Sundays. And my regular Vet. And A Saturday Vet that my Vet recommends if he's already closed that day. Thanks will keep poosted
Temp is about 112 at basking site, Temp in the air in tank is bout 95 on the hot side oh an Cool side is bout 84. Humidity is about 32%

So i tried dislodging his little nose clog and its not working. Kinda sad looks like he's gunna have to go to the Vet tomorrow before it gets worse. Just remembered his first procedure was a nose abscess. Poor little guy anyways Applied some for nasal spray stuff but not really sure its working so off to Arbor Pet Clinic tomorrow. :banghead:
