Tail change of colour

Hi in the past week or so I have seen my baby bearded dragon's tale going dark. He never used to back when he was around 8 weeks but now he is almost 15 weeks it seems dark now. Is this normal should I call a vet I'm scared

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
