Clogged pores

So I recently took in a mail 3 yr old bearded dragon. His pores are clogged there pretty hard feeling still I've been massaging and soaking him last 2 days for about 20 minutes each time. Do I just keep soaking him tell they get soft enough I can softly pinch the cloggs out. Any help is appreciated

Can you post a picture of them?

A lot of times they aren't actually clogged, just prominent, and need no further attention.
