Is he ok? Strange behavior during winter.

Hello, I am writing this post as a concerned dragon owner of Spaz. It is Christmas day but for the last week or so I have noticed he is not been the same to me it looks like his eyes are droopy and he now lays weirdly when basking. He does eat but then last time i have seen him poop was when he did it next to my face on the bed. I have been researching so now I have a list of things to be concered about.

I know this wont help as much but I'll try.
Does he drink enough water? For me what you're describing is a dehydrated b.d. I would recommend giving him daily baths & making sure he drinks enough water by gently dripping some on his mouth. Apart from that, if he's well hydrated, i would take him to the vet just in case.
If he is less active & eats less it could just be brumation.
If im being honest, it doesnt look something to be exactly concerned about, but my beardie has gone through more and he's alive. Dont worry! I'm 100% sure he'll be ok :)!

Hello,

How old is Spaz, do you have any pictures of him we could see?
Do give us a review of your tank setup, just so we can take a look at the lighting placement,
etc.
Some extra oral fluids could be helpful, they can get dehydrated during the wintertime.
