Baby beardie with pinkish lump above top lip

Hi,

My baby beardie has a lump on his top lip which appears pinkish and I don't know what it is. It hasn't affected his appetite/behaviour that I have seen but I'm worried as it appears to have swelled slightly.
He's only been eating locusts and as far as I'm aware they don't bite so I don't believe it's a bite from them.

Can anyone help me as to what this is and if he needs to go to the vets?

Is the lump soft or hard?

It's hard, I've just had a look at him and he didn't like me touching it at all but it doesn't seem to affect him otherwise.

You might consider a vet visit, just to be safe. IF it's causing any pain, they might decide to eat less since it's around the mouth?

I did take him to a reptile specialist who removed a scab and put some cream on it, he said it just appeared to have been a cut or similar and he's okay now. It doesn't seem to be affecting him now, it just appears a bit sore and he's eating really well. I'll be keeping an eye on it. Now he's got a swollen eye! He's so accident prone it's unbelievable lol I've wiped it with a cotton bud and it has got a bit better but again, I'll be monitoring it.
