Ate Faux Rock

[Edit] - All seems to be going well, little presents almost daily!

Did not think I would be posting in this forum so soon, but I have a unnerving concern over the mischievous curiosity my beardie just got himself into...

Noticed today my little beardie had nipped at a corner of the faux rocks I have made for his Vivarium, and a small bit of sealant/paint missing (roughly 3/4" x 1/8" section,) which I believe he has ingested. Giving this was a crumbled corner, I'm not sure if he had eaten any styrofoam, but If any it would have been a pellet or two if he had. My concern is a possible impaction if it doesn't pass. Paint used was a spray paint for rock texture since it was a suggestion of possible paints to be used. Together the layers (paint w/ 4-5 layers of Sheilds-all) are thin enough I think they might pass. He did enjoy himself some grout in the process, but it seems the paint separates from the grout rather easily
Now, not sure if it was just an under-grouted corner/edge (to where it was easy to bit) or if he just really wanted to bit it to get at whatever he thought it could be at, but seems all but 2 other corners were unable to be crushed between my forefinger and thumb, but regardless I removed this faux rock, as well as his cave/hide so it wouldn't happen again. Will be remaking them, as for when I as examining the basking faux rock, I accidentally dropped it, breaking off a leg, and ramp :banghead:

(Image of faux rock, circled similar corner that he bit, but actual corner is hidden in the picture.)
Construction of them were Styrofoam -> 4-5 layers of Grout -> 1 layer of Paint -> 4-5 layers for Sheilds-All Sealant.

I do have an appointment with a local pet hospital which handles reptiles. Taking him in for a check up, and fecal test since I just acquired this little guy three days ago, I wanted to make sure everything checks out with him health wise. I will now be bringing this up at the appointment and hope everything so smoothly.
Is there anything else I should ask about/tests?

Is there anything I could do on my end aside from watching for fecal movements and shifting through them to assure the 'missing sealant' is passed? Or do you think it would be unrecognizable?
So far, with the diet I've been feeding, he has had a movement about twice a day; moist (watery puddle), holding it's shape, etc. Pretty much looks like every other picture I've seen on here or Google. Last night he had a lot of greens in the evening, so this mornings present was a nice gloppy pile from the green alone (as from what I researched would be normal from a high green movement)

[Edit] - To further my question/concern on impaction, if he will run the rick of impaction, how soon do you see signs of it? With stating his movement patterns so far, but these being based off of the past three days. If there is minimal risk of impaction, when would you suppose I would see the foreign material pass in a movement?

The chemicals would concern me more than impaction, a vet visit wouldnt hurt. If impaction worries you just make sure he poops within a day or two and if you like you could give him a warm bath and rub/massage his belly gently in a circular motion, this will help him pass anything that he may be having a hard time with. How is he doing now? any strange behavior since the ingestion? appetite still normal?

Only weird behavior is he discovered the back of the tank ever since I removed his faux rocks... he seems to think it goes some place, HAHA.

He is actually acting normal, he still has his driftwood, which I only had one cooler basking bulb directed towards, but since the removal of the faux rocks, I angled the main bulb towards a different section to bounce between.

Appetite is normal, offered greens around 5pm, he picked through them as usual (not a fan of mustard greens, I tried one, don't blame him) Around 8:30pm, since the tank wasn't cluttered with the faux rocks, I decided to throw a few crickets in to see if he would go after them, immediately charged after them, he ate around 10-15 of them.

Around bed time, have the lights set to go off at 10pm, he began to glass dance towards me, I allowed him to climb out into my hand and rest on my shoulder, this is where he is sitting asleep as I'm on the computer.

Chemicals, the Shields-All is Non-toxic, but the paint...well that was spray paint, the rock textured type. This was a suggestion by a forum poster of in DIY, but no one thought that the little guy with start biting away at the corners!!! I won't be returning them into the Vivarium. I'll go to slate stacking stones (glued down) if anything. Or if I re-build them, I'll use a couple layers of concrete instead of many layers of grout to add to the structure to prevent it.

He made a movement around 4pm, at best guess, I was at work and checked in on him while at lunch. Not a large present, at about average, but glad to see it when I came home. I'll re- post again once I come home for the evening with any updates.

Didn't find any traces of the foreign material though, but we'll see on the next.

No new gift for when I came home tonight. He is a sound asleep on his driftwood, but noticed he hardly touched his salad this evening, only a few scattered around outside of his bowl.

[Edit] - Didn't want to bump my thread for it to take attention for unresolved issues.

He passed another stool while I was at lunch again, this time I collected it for the vet visit I had today.

So I and the vet think he is quite well, and just an impaction worry/scare.

Fecal test results:
Intestinal Parasite, gave me a dilution of Ponazuril to give for 5 days.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
