Weird behavior?

I got Arrow yesterday and he started doing a few minutes ago, is this normal? Is he trying to get closer to the bulb? Am I being a worrier? Also he’s barely left his basking spot all day I’ve had him, except in the morning, where he slept in the corner. He snarfed down about 7 crickets yesterday and hasn’t eaten since. Is this good?

Yeah that's normal. He's just propped up to bask and enjoy some "sunlight". It's common for them to flatten and pancake out a bit to increase surface area too. They will also change color a bit, darken to absorb heat/light, lighten to reflect. All normal behavior.

Thanks for your response, I was nervous I did something wrong, :lol: , he still can’t figure out glass, but settling in well.

Edit: I just looked over and he climbed to the top of a plant, what a gymnast

That can take a bit. If he looks like it's really bugging him or he will hurt himself dancing on the glass you can put up photos or paper etc over the sides and back to help him.
