Drilling holes for better ventilation in a wooden viv

So I need to lower humidity in my beardies viv, it’s bioactive so will be higher than a sterile one, I have a small dehumidifier on the way for outside of her tank, but I want to drill some holes, I’m thinking 8 staggered on the roof near the front, and then maybe 8 on each side?

What are the end walls made off ?
If acrylic , this can be drilled with a special drill bit ( not very costly ) or you can use a soldering iron like used by electronics guys to melt an array of small holes in each end ( high at warm zone & low at cool zone end ).

The note that kingofnobbys made about high on the warm end and low on the cool end will help allow for convection to increase airflow for you naturally.

It’s a wooden viv, what I did is exactly what nobbys said, and then also a line of 8 in the top just to allow humidity and warm air to escape, it’s already got 5 vents, 3 in the top and two in the bottom but the extra ventilation now should be all good!

Wooden - take it you are using those little round cupboard plastic push in vents .

Maybe enlarge the vents in the warm zone end - ie upsize to rectangular wall vents to reduce resistance to air flow ( make it more laminar ,lower Re , so less friction )

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
