Hey! I'm gonna be a new dragon mom when he comes home tomorrow but I have a question about my enclosure's humidity and temperature. I have a 40gal tank set up with a basking side and a cool side. On the basking side his temps get up to 103°F and his humidity is around 34-35%. On the other side (the cool side) his temperature is around 88°F and 44% humidity. I can make the heat go lower by putting the bulb more towards the middle (its a 100W night time bulb) but his humidity raises. I have my AC on and I have my dehumidifer running as well. I'm not sure how to lower the humidity any other way and keep the heat low enough for his cool side...any suggestions? Or is he going to be find how it is? He does have a hut he can crawl under but I'm not sure the temps/%'s under there though.
