Are pump style sprayers ok?

I have a 125 gallon bio active tank that I lightly mist every day. I just bought a 1 gallon pump style pressurized sprayer (the kind you see at Lowe's or Home Depot that people typically use for spraying weeds). I figured this style of sprayer would be quicker and give me more control when misting. I was previously using a trigger style mister but was getting tired of wiping all the overspray off of the glass. I just wanted to make sure these style of sprayers were ok to use before I did it. It's brand new and all it will ever have in it is spring water. Thanks for any input!

If it's just water it shouldn't really get bad. But once you notice a fish tanky smell you can use soap and water, vinegar, or even diluted bleach. Just make sure to rinse well after :)

Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.

I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
