Got a few questions here...

1. do I need a UVB light the length of the cage, like a long bulb, or is a spot ok? Rocco currently is living in a 10gl as he grows....

2. what is a good all-purpose cleaner to use to clean Rocco's enclosure - reptile carpet, plastic-ceramic tree, food bowls...?

1) It is good to give them a small area to escape the uvb like a cave but other then that most of the enclosure should be covered. A little bit not covered is ok though. Make sure you put the uvb under the screen because otherwise the screen will block most of the uvb.
2) I use vinegar.
