New UVB with reflector

Hello everyone.
Ordered a new longer UVB fixture and reflector for Gretchen.
I tried for 2 hours and cannot for the life of me figure out how to freaken get the reflector onto the fixture. I tried every way possible. Even tried to YouTube it and nada.
Does anyone have these models or something similar that would be able to help me figure this out. Emailed the company but haven't heard back from them yet.

Its driving me bonkers.

The reflector slips onto the tube , the the tube with reflector attached is fitted to the lamp fitting as per usual.

Personally , I'd simply return the sunblaster fitting and replace it with one of these : http://www.arcadia-aust.com.au/24-39w-ip67-plug-socket-controller~271 which will power the tube, and simply slip the reflector onto the tube.

Thanks everyone. My contact from Reptiles RuS emailed Mr last night. He's sending me some pictures/how to install later today.
