Hi. I've been asked to consider adopting an iguana who was evicted.
We're going to build an indoor enclosure, but it'll take us a few weeks, and we'd have to take the iguana home soon. He/She is under 2 feet long.
What is the best enclosure we could use until we can get a larger home built? Obviously, we realize we'll have to adjust heat, UV, and humidity depending on the size of the enclosure.
Unfortunately, the shelter can't keep the iguana long, and we really want to help the little guy!
We have a bearded dragon and are familiar with MVB, food, supplements, basking temps, etc. We would, of course, keep the lizards separate and in their own enclosures. We've been researching the nutrition, temps, humidity, and other needs for the iguana.
Thank you!
