Future competition for the Bearded Dragon?

I'm not sure if anyone here does the Reptiles site,but while browsing their site,I noticed they are doing a sweepstakes AND have a caresheet for a new lizard coming soon in the pet trade that could rival,maybe even DETHRONE the bearded Dragon.

I think they would be more "competition" to leopard geckos, or similar smaller reptiles. I doubt that they would tolerate as much handling as some of us give our beardies, and I would be afraid to take it anywhere since it is so tiny! Although it would be easier to sneak into places... :roll:

To be honest,I was abit suspicious too when I saw that.If anything,it'll probably dethrone the anoles and compete with the main geckos,but as far as competiting with Beardies,it's go a ways to go,IMO.But alas,only time will tell.
