hydration out them and they need that
hydration -- he should be able to eat those calci worms they are soft its odd that he spit half of it up can you post a pic of the worm and him please -- you can try and cut the worm in half if you haft to

If so dont give him so many at one time - I would recommend you get him some live insects like dubia roaches or live crickets and or silk worms - the dubias and silk worms are a good staple feeder and way better for him-- you can get dubias and other worms here --

hydrating worm - I would get him some medium super worms in about another month or so --- those can be added to his salads - he needs salads everyday and please rinse the salads before serving so he gets moisture/
hydration -- those freeze dried crickets are going to dry him out --
