My boy Bruce is now 7 months old and for breakfast he currently he eats some mealworms or waxworms and he enjoys his kale, which I rinse heavily with water (as he doesnt drink from his bowl) and sprinkle his vitamin powder on every other day. Then later he'll eat between 5-7 5th size hoppers or similar amount of standard size black crickets, then I give him a try later in the day, but often isn't bothered when offered, or will have a couple. He seems healthy and alert and is really chilled also likes to go for an explore when I let him out as well as poop regularly at least once every other day at worst, as he doesnt do it in his house lol.
Just wanted to share and open to any hints or tips, thanks.

I would lay off the wax worms every day -- they are too fatty and can cause liver damage later-- the meal worms are ok but I would be offering up salads in the morning w/ your mealworms - putting them on top of his salads - kale is the only thing your feeding? Here is a website for more variety on veggies
http://www.beautifuldragons.com/Nutrition.html - you can give him super worms horn worms and silk worms as well --- the silk would be another staple feeder as well --- but a good variety of insects and worms is good --- if you are in the states I can give you websites for those if you like

Sounds good to me, but I agree, think of waxworms as chocolate bars. Occasional treats :)

And, i'd cut back the multivitamin to one or two times a week, and use your calcium powder 5 times a week if you aren't.

Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
