Hi guys!
I'm about to have surgery here soon and I'm trying to make things as easy as possible on myself and my roommates should they have to step in and feed Ziva. While I was away for four days I premade little baggies for my roomamte to feed daily and that was super easy, but with surgery I'm not sure how long I'll be feeling crappy or if they will have to feed for me.
I've pre-chopped a large batch of collard and mustard greens, a small amount of mint, basil, kale, and some butternut squash as well.
Can I freeze this and not worry about it losing any nutritional value? I know freezing for some animals like guinea pigs is a no no but I wasn't sure about bearded dragons
Usually I just buy in bulk and feed what ever I need daily, I've never meal prepped before : )
