I recently got a beardie that's 1 year old and 8 months old. Although, he eats very well I'm still confused with his feeding schedule. I was wondering if this feeding schedule is good for an adult bearded dragon of his age. I feed him a salad every morning and around 15 live crickets with 10 Phoenix worms every other day. Should I make adjustments to the feeding schedule?

I would reduce the bugs. Offer a nice big salad every day but offer a bug meal once or twice per week. They should be on a primarily vegetarian diet as adults. I would offer 2-3 items from this list and rotate depending on what looks fresh at the store each week. http://www.beautifuldragons.com/Nutrition.html
