This is a weird one, but my bearded dragon constantly poops on my carpet. Every day I let my bearded dragon out of his cage to roam around, but every time he poops on my carpet. He is very timid of me even after bringing him home 2 months ago. I thought he would be used to me by now, but I can't tell if it is I who's doing something wrong, or if it is because my bearded dragon is just naturally timid. He's healthy, he gets twenty crickets a day, but he runs away from my hand even when I approach him at his head level, and if he gets away when I try to pick him up, he will hiss and gape. I know that you don't want to teach that running away equals freedom, but I just can't figure it out. If you need any additional information, please just ask, but I don't know what to do. Thanks.
