So as unusual as this sounds, I'm pretty certain I caught a beardie in central NC Sunday. He has the right colorations and overall features/actions but I'm no expert. He has small spines around his neck, but few/very small ones down his sides. If I were to guess I would say he is a pogoda minor (western bearded dragon) any thoughts?
