I would like you all to meet Velcro my 61/2 month old beardie, I have been wanting a lil beardie for a couple years now but didn't have the money to have one plus my place was to small for him to have a decent size tank, but now I have had every thing setup and ready for him, and a bonus his hatch day was coincidentally my birthday. He is one highlight of my day because his is so well tempered and loves to handled and even kisses you from time to time when he is in the mood. He eats around 30 crickets a day along with his veggies but here of lately he hasn't been eating his greens as much as he used to but I guess that is because he is still growing. He lived with the breeder for most of his life until 2 weeks ago he finally came home with me and settled in his new permanent home. My two kids fell head over heels for him ever since they met him 5 months ago while visiting the breeders home when I went to pick him out. A couple weeks later we went back to check on him and my kids got to hold him for the first time and when they sat Velcro down on my oldest child she proceeded to tell me that he stuck to her like velcro so low and behold that is what we named him. Velcro is even starting to come around to the fact that we have a small chihuahua named Tyke and they are starting to realize that neither one is gonna hurt one another and they are starting to except one another. Velcro even wants to chase Tyke around until he lays down and Velcro tries to climb on him.
