Veggies, Please help!

I found a list of things to feed my beardie, but I do not know whether or not I should cook these things...
Some for example, are: Collard greens, squash, pumpkins, carrots, etc. I shred all of these things to make it easy for my bearded dragon to eat. I heard of someone cooking the collard greens for their lizard before, and I was wondering if this was how I should have been feeding him his veggies.

Help would be appreciated!

Raw is always best...no need to cook any of these things, it just reduces the nutrence
