UVB bulb question?

Right now, I bought my bearded dragon off kijiji and I've been improving the lighting. First, I changed his red heat bulb to a white one but now I need to replace his UVB bulb. The previous owner was using a coil UVB bulb. I don't know the exact brand or anything but I've heard that the good ones are the repti sun tubes. I have a few questions about them. Firstly, how would I attach it to my enclosure? I have a glass enclosure with lid that is (I'm at a loss for words) thin metal bars. Would I be able to buy a fixture and put it on top or does it have to be mounted inside? Also, where can I buy it? I've checked petsmart but it's not sold there. Do you have to order it online or can it be found in stores? Thank you in advance!

Repti-Sun 10 full tube UVB bulbs are the most recommended, and they will fit standard fluorescent fixtures that can be found at Wal-Mart or any other type of hardware store. You want your dragon to be able to get about 8" from the light, this will affect how and where you mount it. If he/she can get close enough with it resting on top of the metal grating lid you have then that will be fine, otherwise you will need to mount it inside. You can use velcro strips which can also be found at Wal-Mart or any local hardware store.
