Took leonidas out in the sun

So I took my bearded dragon outside today for the first time. I let him rest in my palm while he just soaked up some sun for about 15 minutes. He seemed to really enjoy it. Surprisingly he didn't panic or freak out. He just sat in my hand basking in the sunlight and quizzically looking around from time to time. I think I am going to make it a regular thing and take him outside at least once a week. I figure you can have all the special lighting equipment you want but you just cant beat some natural sunlight. What do you guys think?

When I had Ozzy at the vet last week, he said that real sunlight is very beneficial for them. He said when it's nice, to get him out in the sun as much as possible.

yes real sunlight is awsome i took max out yesterday and todayon his leash of course and he enjoyed it he explored everwhere imaginable it was awsome oregon is suppose to have nice weather for a while so im going to make it a daily thing i think max liked it that much plus a lil sun could not hurt my whiteness

My beardie Ollie loves the sun so much that he goes crazy excited! He turns super bright and is more active than I ever see indoors! I just hope we start getting more nice weather
