I need to get one that turns of the heat lamp once it gets to the correct tempreture and then back on when it drops, What one would you reccomend? Would this one be suitable?

Why would you want it to do that?

Dragons need a constant basking spot. Once the light turns off it will quickly drop. Not to mention they need the light to know where to bask at.

that is true they need a basking spot. In the real world i dont think the sun disappears then reappears 5 minutes later.

If you are having problems with temperature getting too hot, then the easiest (Cheapest too) thing to do would be to just get a lower wattage bulb.

Make sure our measuring temps with an accurate instrument though, not one of those dial stick on thermometers.
