Strange patch on beardies beard ???

Can someone please help me, the last few days i've noticed a patch on my beardies beard he's finished shedding so i've eliminated that, really haven't got a clue what it is, thinking maybe a fungal infection? He's been eating fine his temps are 36 degrees hot 29 degrees cool, his humidity is about 40% just under moderate, i've also noticed the where the patch is his skin appears to be saggy compared to the other side of his beard.
Any idea's/suggestions? cheers thank you

He's getting ready to shed the lighter area. :wink: He may of not shed that spot recently.

i'm 99% sure he's already shed on his beard, just a little worried as i've never seen his beard like that before. If it is him shedding i feel like a idiot

It looks like a shed to me too. Sometimes (especially as they get older) they tend to not shed their beards (or any body parts) all at once. I might have my beardie shed just his knee on one leg, and his toes on the other leg, and that is it for a while. It is kind of strange.
