Some feeders- Still bad even when gutloaded/with greens?

Like most of you I use the Beautiful Dragons nutrition content to decide what to feed my beardie. I know that the calcium to phosphorus ratio is very important and mealworms for example come in at 1:25 when not gut-loaded or dusted. If I combine some of these with turnip greens (about 5:1) the combined calcium:phosphorus ratio is about 6:1 which seems pretty good and that's not including the calcium dust that gets added to the mealworms.

My question is whether it would be okay to feed gut-loaded/dusted mealworms or superworms semi regularly when in combination with greens like turnip or collard greens?

EDIT: just realized I posted in the wrong board; will be reposting in appropriate board.

Hello :). Mealworms aren't good because they can cause impaction and they are really not nutrious. I would feed super worms only if your beardie is at least 12 inches long. Super worms are better because they have softer exoskeletons.

16 inches is the advisable length to feed beardies superworms. Until they reach that length their intestines have a kink in them that would make it hard for them to pass superworms through their systems. Mealworms have a hard chitin shell that is hard for them to digest and yes it can cause an impaction if they don't move through their system properly. You can gutload insects to feed your beardies, I give my crickets greens dusted with calcium and water crystals that are infused with calcium <flukers>.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
