I am wondering whether someone knows of the shelf life of the Repashy products? We give it to Bindy frequently, and I am wondering how long it lasts, say in the fridge? We may be due for a new batch.

Also, what negative effects can it have if it goes off?

Thanks!

Vitamins can last from 6-12 months, depending on the brand and if you store them in a cool dark place away from sunlight. Your tub SHOULD have a use by date at the bottom, go by that.

As for calcium, (powdered form, also human grade) it can last up to five years, in a cool dark place, if it's been in the sunlight, then significantly less. (if mine had been in sunlight prior to finding out, I'd dump it and get some more)

hope this helps

I don't know what effect it could have on your lizard if used past the sell-by-date though.. it just might be a case of the value of the vits and minerals in the multi-vit powder would significantly decrease after time... can't see any problems other than not getting ENOUGH of the nutrient though.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
