My daughter is doing her 4th grade science fair project on " What Foods Bearded Dragons Like Best"

I thought it would be cool to add others input to her research..

Kazi LOVES his salad - mainly collard greens, endive, escarole. He also loves his superworms - nothing else quite does it for him these days!!

Abu does not enjoy her greens - she much prefers radicchio (naughty girl!). She loves any food that jumps or wriggles - mainly locusts and butterworms.

All Variety of Squashes(Butternut and yellow being their very favorite)

Raspberries
Pumpkin
Mango
All Melons
Plums

Super Worms(Especially the freshly shed worm while it is white)
Horned Worms
Roaches
Butter Worms

And......
Rep-cal brand beardie pellets soaked in apple juice.

They also can't resist baby food. :lol:

Cinder loves lettuce with the rep-cal dried pellets lately she hasnt been eating the jumpers or crawlers but the vet said she was healthy and it is normal for them to become vegamatarian like me

Alf loves calcium crickets,she just gobbles them up. She likes greens(turnip greens are her favorite) and for the occasional treat,strawberries,cantaloupe,and banana. She is also having her first shed since being home with me!!!!!!

im doing a project partially on beardies too!!!it has some stuff about taste in it, so ill be viewing this topic alot.

my BD's favorite food is crickets and mealworms,even though he cant have mealllys anymore cause he almost got impacted or kinda did. many bds like wax worms , for they are high in fat and are like occasional chocolate to humans!!!! :mrgreen: do u have a beardie ??u could do taste tests have have the results and why.

Rambo loves collard greens , but carrots are his favorite. He goes straight for the carrots anytime I put them in his salad =)
