reptiworms company question

Has anyone else used reptiworms lately. I recently made my first purchase through them on June 9th at 10 pm eastern standard time. It is now June 10th says my order is still pending. I have tried to get a hold of them to see why my order has not shipped no response via phone or email. My question is how does it take them to ship and when they do they send tracking info? Thanks in advance.

I used them a few weeks ago, and my order was shipped within a day.. And they do send tracking info when it's shipped.

I just placed an order with them last night, I haven't received any shipping info, but when I log onto their site my order says shipped.

I got a hold of them are on Facebook they were behind do to the heat across country last week. Mine finally shipped to day. Should have them just as I run out of crickets
