Reptisun 5.0 VS 10.0

Hi I’ve been doing a lot of research and seen different opinions on the 5.0. Now I have two reputable pet stores near me and they explained to me the diff is merle output and inches to accommodate the growing needs of the viv. Now I know they all had their issues (which are fixed)but from what I can see, tell and read these are the exact same bulb except for output. 5.0 will reach 12 inches and the 10.0 will reach 20.

I just want to clear the air and if someone is searching the forum they will have a better understanding. So please if im wrong then please explain.

from what I know, you are correct. The only difference is the output strength.
