Proper measurements of beardies

Hello all. What is the proper protocol to measure the length of your beardie? Is it snout to vent or snout to tail? I am trying to guage the age of my beardie. PetSmart was unable to give me a birthdate or approx. age. It is without a doubt a baby. I would post pics but I dont know how.

Usually when people give a measurement it's from snout to tip of tail.
As for posting pics, do you have a photobucket account? If so just go in and copy the img code and paste it in the post you want to share a picture and that's it. Hope that helps.
