i MIGHT trade charlie in for a baby bearded dragon if i cant tame him down. i think we made some progress today. i had him out a few minuets ago and he only bit me once and for the rest of the time he slept on me. then just before i was going to put him up he was wanting to run.

i think charlie is starting to calm down he isnt biting as much.he only bit ray (friend of the family that also like reptiles) and usually charlie bites more.the whole time i had him out he slept on me.

Some dragons are just aggressive. No rhyme or reason to it. They like basking, eating, watching out from inside their cage, and that's about it.

I have found a couple tricks though. Dragons respond to eye contact like many other animals. Try closing your eyes and offer foods by hand. Once he begins hand feeding your at a great adcantage. Move slowly, always. Fast rapid movements seem to give dragons panic attacks. Approach him slow and low. Never over the head, and immediately give his 4 feet and tail something to stabilize on.

i broke my foot thursday andf have been in the hospital for the past two days i got out today and i doubt i will be able to mess with charlie for awhile

my foot is bad enough to where i had to get surgery and get screws and pins. charlie has been active lately. almost all yesterday even after lights got shut off and he was active this morning
