Possible to unlock subject?

Hello there,
I was unexpectedly away a lot longer than I intended. I don't want to be a bother but is it possible to unlock my thread in Photo Expressions? It is called Norris Notes. I've missed everyone so much and I'd really like to update ol' Norris.
