Phoenix worm staple: do you supplement with calcium at all?

Hey all,

So I was just wondering since I saw a few differing opinions... when you use PWs as a staple (figure, 2 meals per day), do you supplement with calcium at all? Maybe sprinkle a bit on the veggies?

I just want to make sure my little guy gets enough but I don't want to overdo it. I still use a vitamin supplement a few times per week... Slim is only around 5 months.

I still use calcuim powder on my pheniox worms.

Can't that actually be bad for them?

Too much calcium is bad for them but it is very hard to give them too much.

Okay, I'm still curious to see what others have to say, but I think I'll supplement a few times per week by just sprinkling some on his veggies.

I don't put calcium on my phoenix worms, if I feed another feeder I will dust with calcium, I still dust with vitamins 2 days a week.

****my dragon is going on 4 years old with other issues so keep that in mind while reading this***

I dust the salad with the calcium mon-fri and then use multivitamin on sat and sunday. usually by the time i get home he has eaten the majority of his salad and (per my doctor instructions) I also dust his buggies as well. Of course due to his age he shows little to no interest in his bugs so i'm lucky if he eats those, so 99% of the time he only eats his veggies and i put his supplements on there.

I don't dust the Phoenix Worms. I feed Pogo Phoenix Worms every morning and roaches in the afternoon. I dust the roaches with calcuim 5x per week and multi-vitamins 2x a week.
