Patch of white scales/spots? Discolored? (Pics inside)

My Amber has these white scales on her back/left arm (elbow?) I originally thought it was left over shed but it seemed to spread. I gave her baths and nothing comes off even lightly touched them and they seem to be single scales. She had one on the base of her tail BEFORE she shed so I'm wondering what it could be. Are they damaged? Fungus maybe? I'm just stumped on this. Is it worth a vet visit?

Just leave it be? Recently I have reduced bathing due to her being overly hydrated from her food. She likes it because she hates baths but long as it's not fungus or damaged scales I'll keep a eye out on this.
