I just lost about 3,000 Dubia roaches..... My wife put them outside because she thought they could live out there with out any shade...... They were all cooked. I would say 3,000 or about diead and 50 are living. I have 4 adult females and no adult males. The rest are mixed sizes.... NOOOOOOOOOOO all that time and hard work gone. FML

you going to make her buy you a new colony for not thinking about the situation better and putting 3k roaches out in the direct sunlight? lolololol. like come on, can anything survive in the direct sunlight for more then a couple hours if that? not even our beloved beardies like being in the sun that long.

thats a real bummer though, ive had mine for a couple months now and they are less then 1k and i would be so pissed/bummed if they all died, can't imagine 3x the amount.

I'd be seriously mad if someone killed off all my roaches, accident or not... I know how expensive it can be to start up a colony, and how much work goes into the setup.
